| Roast Chicken & Vegetables This is so easy to do. Pick out some winter vegetables - I used carrots, onions & potatoes. Peel and wash them. Place them in a roasting pan with a chicken. Baste the chicken and vegetables with dark maple syrup and sprinkle a little rosemary over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees. Continue to baste chicken and vegetables about every 20 minutes throughout cooking. Time to finish will depend on chicken size. It's a delicious one pan meal! |
